1. About us and these terms
This website is operated by Ahpra Courses ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing, you enter a binding agreement with us on these terms.
2. Our courses and how they support your CPD
Our courses are self-paced online modules written to align with Ahpra and National Board codes of conduct and standards, and are designed to help you complete and evidence your continuing professional development. On completion you receive a certificate recording approximately two CPD hours that you can retain as evidence of your learning.
You are responsible for recording CPD against your own National Board's registration standard and for confirming that a course is relevant to your scope of practice. While our courses are designed to support your CPD, we do not warrant or guarantee that any course will be accepted toward your CPD or any other requirement by your board, employer or any third party.
3. No professional, legal or clinical advice
Course content is general and educational only. It is not legal, clinical, financial or regulatory advice and must not be relied on as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional.
If a concern, complaint or notification has been raised about you, contact your professional indemnity insurer first, and seek advice from your employer or a lawyer. Our courses support, but do not replace, that advice.
4. Your account
You may need to create an account to access purchased courses. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your login details secure, and accept responsibility for activity under your account.
5. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. You authorise us and our payment providers to charge the amount shown at checkout, including any applicable GST. Bulk bundles are priced as displayed and may be used across professions.
Payments are processed by third-party providers. We do not store your full card details.
6. Access, delivery and completed courses
Courses are digital and delivered online. Access to the full course content is granted immediately after successful payment, so a course is treated as supplied and delivered to you at the point of purchase. You are responsible for having a compatible device and internet connection.
Unless stated otherwise at purchase, you receive ongoing access to the courses you buy from the date of purchase.
Because access is granted immediately, and because a completed course has been fully delivered and consumed, courses that you have completed to 100 per cent are not refundable. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.
7. Intellectual property
All course content, text, graphics, logos and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to access the content you purchase for your own professional development.
You must not copy, record, share, distribute, resell or publish our content or your certificate for use by anyone else.
8. Acceptable use
Each enrolment is for one named individual. Certificates are issued to the person who completes the course and must not be shared or altered. You agree not to misuse the site or attempt to disrupt its security or operation.
9. Your consumer rights
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any right or remedy you have that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and subject to your consumer guarantees, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, and the website and courses are provided on an "as is" basis. Our total liability is limited, where permitted, to resupplying the course or refunding the price you paid.
11. Changes
We may update our courses, prices and these terms from time to time. Changes apply from the date they are posted. Continuing to use the site or your courses after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law and contact
